About the Role
The Internal Communications Partner plays a key role in strengthening organisational culture, employee engagement, and change readiness through clear, timely, and compelling communication.
You will lead the design, development and implementation of EWON’s internal communications strategy, partnering with leaders to elevate communication capability across the organisation. The role also provides expert advice and hands-on delivery of communications and engagement activities to support operational and strategic change initiatives.


Key Accountabilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of EWON’s internal communications strategy and supporting plans.
  • Develop and deliver clear, consistent and engaging communications that strengthen culture and alignment.
  • Partner with leaders to plan and deliver effective communication for key initiatives.
  • Provide communications support and advice for change initiatives, including system, process, and service delivery changes
  • Manage and continuously improve internal communication channels, including EWON’s intranet
  • Coordinate employee events including wellbeing, engagement and recognition.



Required Skills and Experience

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Previous experience developing and delivering internal communications strategies aligned to organisational objectives.
  • Experience supporting change initiatives through effective communication and engagement approaches.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Experience using a range of communication channels and platforms.
  • Well-developed stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
  • Highly organised with the ability to juggle multiple deadlines
  • Solution focused, practical and adaptable approach.
  • Comfortable balancing strategic and hands on aspects of the role.
  • Experience working as part of a People & Culture team is desirable.
